Workshop for Iyengar Yoga teachers led by senior teacher Frances Homewood, covering asana, pranayama and yoga philosophy.
Frances Homewood is leading a teachers' workshop at the Sheffield Iyengar Yoga Centre on Saturday 21 November, starting at 10:30 am. It's a session for Iyengar Yoga teachers of all levels, and it's open to trainees and mentees too, so you don't need to be fully qualified to get involved.
Homewood is a senior Iyengar Yoga teacher, and the workshop works through asana, pranayama and yoga philosophy. That's a fair bit of ground to cover in one morning, so expect to move from the physical practice of asana into breathwork and the philosophical side of things, rather than sticking to just one. If you're a teacher, it's a chance to step back into the role of student for a bit and work through those three pillars together.
