Annual South Yorkshire professional gathering to learn, network and socialise, with a cold buffet and drinks session after the conference.
The SYPG Conference is back at The Quays Hotel on Tuesday 17 November, the annual gathering that brings together people from across South Yorkshire and beyond to learn, network and socialise. It's an in-person day that runs for around six hours, so you'll want to clear a good chunk of your afternoon for it.
The day kicks off early, with doors opening at 12:30. From that point, tea, coffee and a cold buffet are served, so you can grab something to eat and a drink before the main session gets underway. The conference itself starts at 13:00, and the formal part of the day carries through until about 16:30.
Once the conference wraps up, the afternoon doesn't just end there. From 16:30, there's an informal networking session with drinks, which is where the social side of the day really comes into play. It's the part of the event that lets you stick around and chat with the people you've spent the last few hours with, rather than just heading straight for the exit when the final session finishes.
