Synthetica

Synthetica is back at The System on Friday 6 November, with Kay Fabe taking the main spot. It's a nightlife night, so it's one of those that starts in the evening and carries on well into the early hours, running from Friday night through to Saturday morning.

Kay Fabe is the name on the bill, and the night is built around that. If you've been following the club's bookings, you'll know the sort of thing to expect — a long set that lets the room settle in and the dancefloor build over the course of the night, rather than a quick in-and-out. It's the kind of booking that works best when you've got the whole night in front of you, so if you're planning on it, you might want to clear your Saturday morning.

The venue is The System, over at 6-8 Botsford Street in Sheffield, S3 9PF. It's a spot that's become a regular for this kind of thing, and having the night run from Friday into Saturday means it's as much about the late-night stretch as it is about the start. If you're coming from across the city, it's worth keeping in mind that the music won't be stopping early.

Tickets start from £9.00 and are available through ra.co, so you can sort yours in advance rather than leaving it to the door. It kicks off at 21:00 on Friday 6 November, and with Kay Fabe on the bill, it's the kind of night that rewards staying late.
