Slk: The Delusional comedy Tour

Slk brings The Delusional comedy tour to Showroom Cinema on Friday 6 November, with the show running from 5:30pm to 9pm. It's a long one — three and a half hours in total — so you'll want to clear your evening for it rather than squeezing it in between other plans.

The tour arrives in Sheffield after Slk has been taking it across Canada and Nigeria, so this is one of the UK dates. The set is built around two things: witty wordplay and humorous storytelling, the kind of show that relies on a good sense of timing and a bit of a yarn. It's a solo turn, with Slk as the only name on the bill.

Showroom Cinema is right in the city centre on Paternoster Row, so it's easy enough to get to from anywhere in town. Tickets are £35 to £50, sold through Eventbrite, and there's a refund window open up to seven days before the show if your plans change. With the 5:30pm start, you're in and out by 9pm, leaving the rest of your Friday night open.
