Monthly pregnancy support circle guided by doulas Jess and Bridget, with meditation, sharing and ritual in a cosy home in Heeley.
The Sheffield Pregnancy Circle meets again on Thursday 19 November, held in a cosy home in Heeley. It's a monthly space for people on their pregnancy journey to share stories, build community and be held, guided by two experienced doulas, Jess and Bridget. The evening combines facilitated meditation, sharing and ritual, and is described as a place to reconnect with yourself, your baby and others.
Numbers are kept small, with spaces limited to ten, and cuppas and cushions are provided in the Heeley home. It's a quiet, held kind of evening rather than a busy one, so it works well if you're looking for a slower pace while you're expecting. The gathering is on Thursday 19 November, with people arriving from 6.30pm, a 7pm start and closing at 9pm. The venue is in Heeley, Sheffield S3 3HH.

It's a monthly thing, so you can drop in for a single session or commit for a bit longer if that suits you better. A single session is £5-10, and there's a £50 option for a six-month block. If you're planning to come, it's worth booking early since spaces are limited to ten.
