Intimate supper club dinner with locally sourced meat and seafood, including a build-your-own meat plate, at Cutlery Works.
Cutlery Works is hosting the latest edition of Roots & Recipes on Thursday 22 October, a supper club that runs from 19:00 to 21:00 in Neepsend. This one is called Butcher & Catch, and it takes the menu back to where it all started: big flavours, hearty plates and locally sourced meat and seafood made for sharing. The whole thing is part of a new series from Cutlery Works, which they describe as an intimate, story-driven dining experience that looks at the menus, memories and roots that shape the places we eat.
Among the courses, there's a build-your-own meat plate that lets you pick and mix your favourite cuts alongside some of the kitchen's new menu favourites. The focus is on sharing plates, so it's the kind of meal you work through with a few people rather than something you tackle on your own. The meat and seafood are sourced locally, and the Butcher & Catch title tells you exactly what's on the table: land and sea.
