Reiki Level 1 Attunement and Workshop

Reiki Level 1 Attunement and Workshop is coming to Nettleham Road on Wednesday 4 November, a full day of training in Usui Reiki. It's a Level 1 course, which means it's the starting point: you'll get the attunement and the basic training you need to begin working with the practice yourself.

If you're not familiar, Usui Reiki is a holistic therapy focused on self-healing and balance. The 'Level 1' part is the foundation, so it's designed for people who are completely new to it. You'll learn the basics of how it works and how to apply it to yourself, and the attunement is the part that opens you up to the practice. It's a hands-on workshop rather than a lecture, so you'll be doing the work throughout the day.

One of the best things about it is that it's open to all experience levels. You don't need any prior knowledge of Reiki or holistic therapy to join in, and you don't need to have done any other training first. It's a good place to start if you've been curious about it but weren't sure where to begin.

The workshop runs on Wednesday 4 November, starting at 10:30 on Nettleham Road in Sheffield, and tickets start from £126.93.
