Four-hour night of dungeon synth and punk with Posion Ruin, supported by Home Front, Self-Immolation Music and Grim Harvest.
Posion Ruin are back in Sheffield on Thursday 12 November, playing The Lughole at 140 Harvest Lane, S3 8EF. They're the main draw for the night, with Home Front, Self-Immolation Music and Grim Harvest all on the bill to support them. It's a four-band line-up, so there's a fair bit to get through before the night wraps up.
Posion Ruin describe themselves as atmospheric, lo-fi, medieval dungeon synth punk rockers, and they're returning to the steel city for the one. If that sounds like a lot of labels to fit into one band, it's because it is: the 'dungeon synth' side points towards the slow, atmospheric, often synth-heavy sound of the underground, while the 'punk' part brings the energy and the lo-fi edge. It's a particular corner of the underground, and they're bringing it back to Sheffield for the night.
The whole thing is put on by Cosmic Vibration LTD, and it runs for four hours, so you'll have plenty of time to hear the support acts before Posion Ruin take over. Home Front, Self-Immolation Music and Grim Harvest will each get their turn on stage, meaning the night is built around more than just the headliner.
