Live show by Scottish funk and rock trio High Fade on their 'Twice As Nice Tour 2026' at Sidney and Matilda.
High Fade are playing Sidney and Matilda on Saturday 31 October, part of their Twice As Nice tour. They're a funk and rock trio from Scotland, fronted by Harry Valentino on guitar and vocals, with Oliver Sentence on bass and Heath Campbell on drums.
They built their following as one of Scotland's most energetic busking acts and grew into a global name on the back of viral hits like 'Burnt Toast & Coffee', 'Gossip' and 'Burnin'', alongside an audacious cover of Herbie Hancock's 'Chameleon'. The band has played more than 1,500 shows and performed at festivals including Boomtown, Suwannee Hulaween and Glastonbury, where they played three times in a single day in 2024. Their sound draws on funk, rock, disco, jazz, metal, punk and soul, and they release through their own label, RPN Records ('Rippin' Records'), which put out the 2024 album Life's Too Fast.
This tour is for their second LP, Twice As Nice, which came out in May 2026. It was recorded at East Iris Studios in Nashville and RAK Studios in London, so it's a transatlantic record. The set will lean on that new material, though they've got a deep enough catalogue to pull from the older stuff too.
