Over-18s Halloween club night headlined by the Liverpool DJ collective Girls Don't Sync at Electric Studios.
Girls Don't Sync are headlining Electric Studios on Saturday 31 October, a Halloween club night that's part of the venue's Electric Loves Presents series. They're not coming alone, either: Frazer Ray, Big Ang and ESC 18 are on the bill with them, so there's a full night of DJs to work through before the headliners take over.
If you haven't come across them yet, Girls Don't Sync are a four-woman DJ collective formed in Liverpool in 2019, made up of Gaia Ahuja (G33), Hannah Lynch, Sophia Ryalls (Sophia Violet) and Matty Chiabi. They're known for high-energy, genre-blurring sets that move through UK garage, house and hard-hitting bassline, drawing on rave classics and sounds from the Black diaspora and South Asian culture. They've become one of the most exciting names in UK dance music, and this is a chance to see them in a club setting rather than on a festival stage.
It's a Halloween night, so the date itself is part of the draw. The whole thing is strictly over-18s, and it's being put on by Electric Studios as part of their Electric Loves Presents series, which is their regular run of club nights. With four DJs on the bill, it's built to be a long one, not a quick in-and-out.
