HALLOWEEN BOOMCHIKKABOOM FAMILY RAVE

Boomchikkaboom are bringing their Halloween Family Rave to Cambridge Street Collective on Thursday 29 October, from 10 am to 12 pm. It's a morning rave for the little ones, and this one's dressed up for Halloween.

If you've never come across them, Boomchikkaboom have been running these for twelve years now, and they're built on two things: good music and big energy. It's not just a DJ set in the corner; the whole session is packed with dance routines, singing, pom poms, parachute mayhem, bubbles and a snow machine. It's the kind of thing that keeps a small child occupied for two hours without them getting bored, which is a win for everyone involved.

They describe their raves as being about creating core memories, and the mix of music and activity is designed for the 0-10 age group. That said, they make a point of saying that all ages are welcome, so it's as much for the adults as it is for the kids. The whole thing is staged by Cambridge Street Collective at their Sheffield city centre venue, so it's easy to get to on a weekday morning.

It runs from 10 am to 12 pm on Thursday 29 October at Cambridge Street Collective, 32 Cambridge Street, Sheffield City Centre, S1 4HP. Entry is free.
