Free festive session with an Elf on the Shelf disco, crafts, games and Christmas fun for all at Cutlery Works.
Cutlery Works is hosting a free Elf on the Shelf disco and crafts session on Sunday 29 November, from 10 am to 12 pm. It's part of their festive programme, so if you're already planning your December, this is one of the earlier dates they've got lined up. The session runs for two hours, which is plenty of time to get stuck in without it taking over the whole day.
As the name suggests, it's built around the Elf on the Shelf tradition. There'll be a disco for dancing, crafts to make, and games to play, all under the same roof. It's a mix of things rather than one single activity, so it works whether your lot are more into dancing around or sitting down to make something. They describe it as magical Christmas fun for all, and the two-hour window gives you space to move between the different bits without feeling rushed.
Cutlery Works itself is a food hall in the heart of Neepsend, home to a range of independent food vendors and a communal dining area that's popular with locals and visitors alike. It's a spot that regularly hosts family events and workshops, and it recently marked its eighth anniversary, so it's well-used to having people through the doors for things like this. If you're heading over from outside the area, it's at 73-101 Neepsend Lane, Neepsend, Sheffield, S3 8AT.
