Echosound Festival, a day of electronic music, at Network in Sheffield city centre.
Echosound Festival is coming to Network on Saturday 14 November, taking over the venue for a full day of music. It's a long one, running from 12:00pm right through to 11:00pm, so if you're planning to stay for the whole thing, you'll want to pace yourself. The festival brings together a range of acts across the day, with the music starting at midday and carrying on well into the night.
Network is right in the city centre, at 14 Matilda Street, which makes it easy to get to from anywhere in Sheffield. Because it's a full-day event, you can drop in for a few hours in the afternoon or settle in for the long haul and stay until the doors close at 11:00pm. It's one of those days where you can make your own schedule rather than committing to a single start and finish time.
Tickets are between £16.50 and £27.50, so you've got a bit of choice depending on how you want to do it. With the music running for eleven hours, that's a fair amount of live music for the price of a single ticket. If you're heading in for the whole day, it works out as a decent value way to spend a Saturday in the city.
