Earthtone9, the British metal band that mixes metal, hardcore and alternative rock, play the Corporation in Sheffield.
Earthtone9 play Corporation on Saturday 28 November, their only Sheffield date this autumn. It's a single-band bill, so they're the only name on the poster for the night.
If you're not familiar, they're a British metal band that pulls from a few different places at once. They describe their sound as a blend of metal, hardcore and alternative rock, and that's a fair way to put it. The metal side provides the weight, the hardcore brings the aggression, and the alternative rock keeps it from feeling like a one-note exercise in loudness. It's a mix that sits comfortably across those three styles rather than leaning too hard on any single one, and they've built their name on that particular combination.
They're an iconic British metal band, and this is a proper headline show rather than a support slot, so the set will be built around them. It's a good night for anyone who likes their metal with a bit of hardcore grit and alternative rock woven in, and since they're the sole act on the bill, the focus stays on their set from start to finish.
