Adults-only workshop by Petal Ritual to make a one-of-a-kind dried flower Christmas bauble, with a drink and free parking.
Petal Ritual are running a dried flower Christmas bauble workshop at Church - Temple of Fun on Wednesday 25 November, a few weeks before the proper festive rush kicks in. The session runs from 6:30pm to 9pm, with doors open from 5:30pm, so you've got plenty of time to settle in before you start.
Each maker gets a large Christmas bauble and a generous selection of colourful dried flowers and foliage, along with ribbons and decorative materials. All the tools you'll need are provided, and there's step-by-step guidance throughout, so you don't need any prior floristry or crafting experience to take part. The brief encourages non-traditional, personal designs: bright and playful, dark and dramatic, classically festive or completely unexpected, so that every finished bauble is genuinely one of a kind. You'll spend two and a half hours putting yours together, and the finished floral bauble is yours to take home as a bold indoor Christmas decoration that can be carefully stored and enjoyed again for many festive seasons.
