Two-hour Christmas needle felting workshop led by local expert Amy Barrett, suitable for complete beginners and children aged 12 and above.
Amy Barrett is running a Christmas needle felting workshop at Crosspool Social on Sunday 13 December, from 2pm to 4pm. It's a two-hour session where you'll make a Christmas decoration from start to finish, and Barrett, a local expert, leads the whole thing.
If you've never tried needle felting, this is a good place to start. You'll work through the process step-by-step, so you can pick up the craft from scratch rather than having to know your way around it beforehand. If you've already had a go, it's just as easy to build on what you know. The session is open to complete beginners, and it's suitable for adults and children aged 12 and over, so it works as a solo afternoon or something to do with a teenager.

Tickets are £27.50 per person, and that includes all the tuition and materials you'll need for the session, so you don't have to bring anything with you. You can book your place online through Eventbrite, or if you're nearby, you can buy tickets in person at the cafe. They take cash and card between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday, and from 9am to 2pm on Saturday. The workshop itself runs from 2pm to 4pm on Sunday 13 December at Crosspool Social, Sandygate Road, Sheffield S10 5NH.
