Live show by Bryde, the solo folk and indie project of Welsh singer-songwriter Sarah Howells, at Cafe No. 9.
Bryde plays Cafe No. 9 on Saturday 24 October, with the music starting at 19:30. It's a solo show, so it's just Sarah Howells on stage.
Bryde is the solo project of Welsh singer-songwriter Sarah Howells, who's been recording and performing under the name since 2016. Before the solo work, she was one half of the Welsh folk and indie band Paper Aeroplanes, so there's a bit of a history behind the name. Her sound sits at the crossroads of folk and indie, and these Sheffield dates are part of a short run of UK shows, so this is one of only a few chances to catch her live this autumn.
If you're not familiar with the name, the music is built around her voice and her songwriting, and the set will be her performing under the Bryde moniker. The Sheffield dates are part of a short run of UK shows, so this is one of only a few chances to catch her live this autumn. It's a solo bill, so it's Sarah Howells on her own.
