Over-18s drag bingo show with a comedy drag queen, disco and bar for the bank holiday.
Bank Holiday Drag Bingo returns to OEC Sheffield on Sunday 28 March 2027, back by popular demand for the bank holiday. It's a drag bingo show that runs from 2pm to 8pm, so it's an afternoon thing rather than a late one.
A glamorous drag queen takes the stage with sharp wit, outrageous antics and fabulous costumes, calling party bingo and running games with the crowd. The bingo is the main thing, but the comedy is just as much a part of it — the host spends as much time working the room as she does calling numbers. It's a drag show first and foremost, so expect the costumes and the banter to be front and centre.
One thing to keep in mind: the afternoon is strictly for over-18s, as the comedy can lean into adult humour and strong language. If you're bringing a group, it's worth knowing that food is available to buy on the day, so you don't need to eat before you arrive. The session runs as a straight comedy drag show, and once the bingo is wrapped up, it carries on as a disco with the bar open until 8pm, so you can stay on and dance after the main act is done.
