Christmas wreath-making workshop instructed by the florists from Violets and Daisies, with materials, mulled wine and a raffle, raising funds for Hope English School.
Hope English School is running a Christmas wreath workshop at Whiteley Wood on Monday 30 November, from 7pm to 9pm. The florists from Violets and Daisies will be there to lead the session, so you'll spend the two hours crafting your own wreath with them showing you the way. It's open to all abilities, from complete beginners to experts, and the organisers note that no two door wreaths will look alike.
Hope English School is a Sheffield charity that provides ESOL classes and digital skills training to asylum seekers, refugees and vulnerable adults, and the workshop doubles as a fundraiser for them. The £45 ticket covers all the materials you'll need to make your wreath, plus mulled wine and festive snacks to keep you going, and a donation to the charity. There's also a Christmas raffle with prizes on the night to add to the atmosphere.
