The Airborne Toxic Event

The Airborne Toxic Event play Humphrey's Concerts By The Bay on Saturday, June 5, 2027. It's a single-bill night, so they're the only act on the program.

If you've followed them for a while, you know the sound: indie rock that doesn't shy away from a big, sweeping chorus or a bit of drama. They've built a whole career around that kind of songwriting, and this show keeps them right in that lane. It's the kind of set that works as well if you're there for the songs you already know as it does if you're just coming to see how they hold up live.

The venue is Humphrey's Concerts By The Bay, over at 2241 Shelter Island Drive in San Diego. It's one of those spots where you can get close to the stage without feeling like you're on top of the band, and since it's on Shelter Island, it's a bit of a destination rather than something you just stumble across on your way home. If you're coming from across town, it's worth remembering that it's out on the island, so you'll want to leave yourself a little extra time to get there.

The show starts at 7:30 PM on Saturday, June 5, with The Airborne Toxic Event as the sole act of the evening.
