MUNA: Gets So Hot Tour

MUNA bring their Gets So Hot Tour to The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park on Friday, October 16, with Hemlocke Springs opening. The set is built around Dancing On The Wall, their fourth album, which they're playing live. It follows their 2022 self-titled record, and the band describes it as channeling the raw, anxious energy of life in Los Angeles.

They've spent the last few years sharing stages with some of the biggest names in pop. Harry Styles picked them as the first support act on his debut solo tour, and since then they've played alongside Taylor Swift on the Eras Tour, Lorde, boygenius, and Phoebe Bridgers. This San Diego date is presented by AEG Presents.

There are a few practical things to keep in mind before you head down to the waterfront. It's a standing-room-only show, so chairs and blankets aren't allowed. All ages are welcome. A portion of the proceeds goes to The Ally Coalition, which works with LGBTQ youth and queer migrants across the United States.

Doors open at 6 PM, and the music starts at 7 PM. The Rady Shell is at 200 Marina Park Way in San Diego.
