Indie rock band Evening Elephants perform live at the Casbah venue in San Diego.
Evening Elephants are playing the Casbah on Thursday, October 8, at 7 PM. They're an indie rock band from Los Angeles, so this is a Southern California date for them, just a short trip down the coast to San Diego.
If you're not familiar with their catalog, they've put out a fair amount of material. Their songs include "Snow on The Bluff," "Life is Swell," "Succubus," "Rent Free," "Chewing Cheeks," "Inject Me," "Parking Lot Problems," "A Digital Touch," and "Hush Fires." That's nine titles to pull from, and they're playing as the sole bill on the night, so they'll have the whole set to work through.

They're coming off a new record, Wholeheartedly, Terribly Sweet, which came out this year. Between that and the older songs, there's plenty for a full show. The Casbah is at 2501 Kettner Blvd in San Diego, and tickets start at $27. The show starts at 7 PM.
