Free guided journaling session with memory-gathering and gratitude prompts to reflect on 2026, part of Golden Braid Books' open community workshops.
Golden Braid Books is hosting a guided journaling session, Reflecting on 2026 through Journaling, on Thursday, December 10, from 6 PM to 7:30 PM. It's part of their community workshops and classes, and the timing is the whole point: as 2026 wraps up, the session asks you to look back at everything that's happened in your life over the past year.
The workshop works with thought-provoking prompts that blend memory gathering with gratitude journaling, turning the act of writing into a personal wrap-up of the year. It's a guided session, so you'll have a structure to follow rather than staring at a blank page on your own. The focus is on looking back at the year that's almost gone, gathering the moments that stuck, and noting what you're grateful for.
It's one of the community workshops Golden Braid Books runs, and it's free and open to everyone. There's no need to sign up in advance, so you can just show up. The only thing you'll need to bring is a notebook and something to write withโa pen, a pencil, a crayon, or whatever else you choose to mark the page.
