Night of electronic music with several DJs at The Urban Lounge in Salt Lake City.
The Urban Lounge is hosting a celebration of electronic music on Saturday, November 21, with a lineup of seven DJs. It's a long night, running from 7 PM through midnight, and the programming carries into the early hours of Sunday, November 22, so you'll have plenty of time to settle in.
Seven names are on the bill: Nash Hawkins, AUXO, Modern Youth, Kill Safe, Guru Slim, Collin Muir, and Bobo. With that many DJs in one night, the music will shift through the evening rather than sticking to one sound, and the order will take you from the early set through to the late hours. It's a full roster for a single room, so you'll hear a good range of what's coming out of the local electronic scene in one go.
The Urban Lounge has been active with electronic music lately, having hosted Stanley Simmons and The Committee in recent shows. This night follows that pattern, bringing together a group of DJs for a single celebration of the genre rather than a single headliner. It's the kind of night where you can show up early and stay late, or just drop in for a few sets.
