Ryan Long

Ryan Long is playing The Showroom on Saturday, November 21, at 7 PM. He's a comedian, podcaster, and filmmaker originally from Toronto, and he's built a massive online following around viral sketches, street interviews, and stand-up specials that have racked up billions of views. If you've come across his clips on social media, this is your chance to see him live in Salt Lake City.

Long does more than just stand-up. He hosts The Boyscast with Ryan Long and has appeared on Netflix, NBC, Just for Laughs, and The Joe Rogan Experience. He's also a writer and producer: he created, starred in, and showran the CBC Comedy series Torontopia and THAT GUY, as well as Ryan Long is Challenged on Bite TV and Crown the Town with Ryan Long on Rogers TV. These days he's based in New York City, where he's a regular at The Comedy Cellar, New York Comedy Club, and The Stand, and he tours internationally.

The Showroom is the first Salt Lake City room for Wiseguys Comedy Club, which opened in 2014 at The Gateway Mall. Over the years it's hosted a long list of big names, including Tracy Morgan, Kevin Hart, Maria Bamford, Rob Schneider, Joe Rogan, and Ken Jeong. Wiseguys itself has been around since 2001 and makes a point of fostering local Utah talent alongside the touring acts. The club is located at 190 South 400 West, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101. The show starts at 7 PM on Saturday, November 21.
