Stand-up comedy show with Chelsea Handler at Kingsbury Hall.
Chelsea Handler is coming to Kingsbury Hall on Friday, November 13, for a stand-up comedy show. If you've followed her career, you know she's spent the last couple of decades moving between late-night TV, Netflix specials, and a string of best-selling books. This is a straight-ahead comedy set, so the whole night is just her on stage.
Most people recognize her from Chelsea Lately, the E! show she hosted for seven years—she was the only woman hosting a late-night talk show on air at the time. From there she moved into documentary work with Chelsea Does and then launched her own talk show, Chelsea, on Netflix in 2016. She's also a seven-time New York Times best-selling author, so there's a writing background behind the stand-up.
Her more recent work has leaned into specials and podcasts. Her 2020 HBO Max special Evolution earned her a GRAMMY nomination for Best Comedy Album, and in 2021 she started the iHeart Radio advice podcast Dear Chelsea. That same year she took home the People's Choice Award for The Comedy Act of 2021 and went on the road with the Vaccinated and Horny Tour. Her third Netflix special, The Feeling, premiered in March 2025, and she's continued to host the Critics' Choice Awards. These days she's based in Las Vegas, where she's performing her residency Chelsea at The Chelsea at The Cosmopolitan.
