Holiday concert by Mannheim Steamroller, with the ensemble's classics and multimedia effects, in an intimate setting.
Mannheim Steamroller Christmas is coming to the Eccles Theater in downtown Salt Lake City on December 26 and 27, 2026. Both shows start at 3 PM, so they're afternoon matinees rather than evening concerts. The performance takes place in the Delta Performance Hall, which is part of the larger Eccles complex on Main Street.
The program is Mannheim Steamroller Christmas by Chip Davis, the holiday show that's been a staple of the ensemble's repertoire for more than 35 years. Grammy Award winner Chip Davis built the production around the group's signature sound—that blend of classical instrumentation and electronic textures—and paired the Mannheim Steamroller classics with multimedia effects. The show is staged in an intimate setting, and ArtTix is the official source for tickets.

If you've heard the recordings, you know the sound: orchestral arrangements played with a modern, rhythmic edge, and the holiday classics they've made their own over the decades. The multimedia elements run alongside the music, so it's as much a visual experience as an auditory one. With the shows on the 26th and 27th, it's a way to keep the holiday season going a few days past Christmas. Both are at 3 PM in the Delta Performance Hall at the Eccles Theater on Main Street.
