Seattle indie and alternative rock band Magenta Wave plays Kilby Court on its 'Silence Fuels the Fire Tour'.
Magenta Wave play Kilby Court on Wednesday, October 21, as part of their Silence Fuels the Fire Tour. They're an indie and alternative rock band from Seattle, Washington, and this is a headline date with them as the sole act on the bill.
The show is presented by S&S Presents, the same outfit that owns and operates Kilby Court. If you've been around the city's music scene for a while, you probably know the place: it's Salt Lake City's longest-running all-ages venue, and it's been open since 1999. That all-ages part is worth keeping in mind if you're bringing a younger crowd along.
As for the music, Magenta Wave fits into that indie and alternative rock pocket, and they're touring behind Silence Fuels the Fire, which is the record they're working through on this run. Coming in from Seattle, they're bringing that Northwest indie sound to the Salt Lake stage for one night.

It's a Wednesday show, so it's a mid-week date rather than a weekend one. The set starts at 7 PM at Kilby Court, 741 South Kilby Court, in Salt Lake City.
