Live performance by Chac Xol at Drift Lounge, presented by Avanza 88.3 as part of their AVANZA LIVE series, with DJs and food available.
Chac Xol plays Drift Lounge at Woodbine on Thursday, October 15, as part of the AVANZA LIVE series presented by Avanza 88.3. The night is built around a live performance by Chac Xol Eternal Loser, with a deep lineup of DJs keeping the room moving around it: DJ Causita, Santos Jaguar, Vibros del Lago, DJ Chispa, DJ Lenny, and Danny Elvis. Byron Gonzalez, the weekday host of the station's Cafecito show, is hosting the evening.
AVANZA LIVE is the live-music series from Avanza 88.3, a Utah Latino radio station. The format pairs Latino DJs with live acts and keeps a community focus at the center of it. This particular night comes after a party that packed the room last year, and the station is aiming bigger this time around. If you're coming from out of town or just want to make a full evening of it, Woodbine Food Hall is right next door for food before or after the show. There's also a chance to meet Byron Gonzalez in person, the same voice you hear on Cafecito during the week.
