Holiday dance show by BoomCrew from Millennium Dance Complex SLC, open to all ages and infants.
BoomCrew takes the stage at the Leona Wagner Black Box on Friday, November 20, for their holiday dance show, presented by Millennium Dance Complex SLC. It's a one-hour performance with no intermission, so you're in and out in a single stretch.
The venue is part of the Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center, which sits on the ground where Rose and Harry Wagner once lived and ran the Wagner Bag Company. When Izzi Wagner, Rose's son, learned a performing arts center would be built on his childhood land, he became the naming donor and named the building after his mother to honor her legacy of hard work. He named the Jeanne Wagner Theatre for his wife, a dancer, and the Leona Wagner Black Box for his sister. The center opened in 1997, with the current building following in 2001. Today it houses resident companies including the Gina Bachauer International Piano Foundation, Plan-B Theatre Company, Repertory Dance Theatre, Ririe-Woodbury Dance Company, and Pygmalion Productions, and it also serves as a venue for the Sundance Film Festival each January.

It's an all-ages show, and infants being held don't require a ticket, so it works if you're bringing the whole family. The performance runs for one hour without an intermission, which keeps things moving from start to finish. If you're planning to go, keep in mind it's a Friday night in Salt Lake City, so you'll want to coordinate your evening around that one-hour window.
