Videri Chocolate Factory is hosting its October Market on the patio this Saturday, Oct 10, from 10 AM to 2 PM. It's a morning of local vendors set up outside the factory in the Warehouse District, so you can browse the stalls and then step inside for chocolate and coffee.
The vendor list runs through a good mix of jewelry, leather, and records. Righteous Gems, Cuique Jewelry, and Hygge Jewelry bring the jewelry side; Casas Studios and Moroso Leatherworks cover the leather and studio work; and No Room Records handles the vinyl. Bent Metalz and The Wanderlight Co round out the group. It's the kind of lineup where you can spend an hour just working your way through the tables.
If you're going to be there, the chocolate is the real draw. Videri is a bean-to-bar factory, so they make everything in-house. At the counter, you can build your own bonbon box with fall seasonal flavors: pumpkin caramel, chewy figgy fennel caramel, and apple cider gelée. It's a good way to sample a few of their autumn specials in one go. And since Black & White Coffee runs the cafe side, you can grab a pumpkin spice latte to carry around while you shop.
