A community artist market featuring local Triangle makers, free musical performances and holiday treats across the Theatre Raleigh campus.
Theatre Raleigh is bringing back its Holiday Artist Market on Sunday, December 6, 2026, for its fourth year. It's a one-morning event that turns the theatre's lobby and studio into a market for a few hours, and the vendor list is drawn from the theatre's own community of Triangle-area artists and makers. Because the market runs across two nearby buildings on the campus, you'll want to check which building your favorite vendor is in before you head over.
The market isn't just about shopping, though. The morning is rounded out with free performances and holiday treats, and The Green Room cafe plays host to singer-songwriter sets in a cozy, coffeehouse atmosphere. It's a small, indoor affair that wraps up by lunchtime, so it's more of a slow morning than a full-day outing.

Logistically, the market takes place across the Theatre Raleigh campus: the Theatre Raleigh Art Center at 6628 Old Wake Forest Road and The Green Room at 3043 Barrow Drive in Raleigh. It runs from 10 AM to 2 PM, and entry is free. Between the local makers, the live music, and the holiday treats, it's a low-key way to spend a Sunday morning in the city.
