Concert by the Canadian emo and pop-punk project Youth Fountain, with special guest Relate, at the iconic Mississippi Studios.
Youth Fountain plays Mississippi Studios on Saturday, January 23, 2027, with special guest Relate. The Portland date is part of the US leg of a tour supporting his fourth album, If We Could Make The World A Better Place, which is expected in early 2027.
Youth Fountain is the Canadian emo and pop-punk solo project of Vancouver singer-songwriter Tyler Zanon. Since 2018, he's blended classic emo with modern pop-punk and hardcore—a sound built on earnest vocals, melodic guitar work, and introspective lyrics. You can hear that mix of raw energy and catchy hooks on tracks like "Complacent."
This is Zanon's fourth full-length record. His debut, Letters to Our Former Selves, reached number 11 on Heatseekers. Keepsakes & Reminders followed in 2021, partnered with SiriusXM, and Together in Lonesome arrived in 2023, debuting at number four. He's described If We Could Make The World A Better Place as the most personal and ambitious Youth Fountain record so far.
