Live music show with Jack Maybe Project and Grumble and the Ghost at Alberta Street Pub, an all-ages venue on NE Alberta Street.
Jack Maybe Project and Grumble and the Ghost play the Alberta Street Pub on Sunday, October 18, with the music running from 5 PM to 7 PM. It's a double bill in the middle of the afternoon, so you're in and out well before dinner.
The pub is at 1036 NE Alberta Street in Northeast Portland, and it's been a neighborhood fixture for more than 30 years. It first opened as Love Train and later became the Alberta Street Public House, and it still books live music seven days a week. They serve locally sourced food and have one of the city's best patios, which is a nice spot to hang out before or after the set. The show is all ages, so it works whether you're coming alone or bringing the family along.

With two acts on the bill, you'll get a full afternoon of music. The set runs from 5 PM to 7 PM, and there's a $10 cover at the door. It's a Sunday afternoon show, so it's an easy one to fit into the weekend without staying out late.
