A pop-up screen showing the Wimbledon Championships in the centre of Plymouth, with food, drink and Padel available.
Wimbledon on the Big Screen is coming to Armada Way from 29 June to 13 July, so if you're following the championships this summer, you can catch the action right in the city centre. It's a pop-up screen set up in the Piazza, and it'll be running across the final week of the tournament, which means it's there for the business end of the event when the big matches are happening.

It's not just about the tennis, either. There's food and drink on site, so you can settle in for a session rather than just popping in for a single set. And if you fancy getting off the sidelines, there's a Padel court there too, so you can have a go yourself between matches. It's the sort of thing that works as a proper afternoon out with friends or a family thing on the weekend, rather than just watching a match on your own at home.
Because it's a pop-up in the Piazza, it's right in the middle of things on Armada Way, so it's easy to get to without having to plan a whole trip around it. It runs from 29 June right through to 13 July, so you've got a good window to drop in whenever the schedule suits you best. If you're after the big matches, that's the time to keep an eye on.
