First live gig of a series celebrating the local music scene, featuring Tarrion, El Generico and Holloway at Leadworks.
Tarrion, El Generico and Holloway are playing Leadworks on Friday 3 July, from 19:30 to 22:45. It's the first of a series of live gigs organised by Chris Muirhead to celebrate the local scene, so there'll be more to follow after this one.

The three acts each bring their own thing to the bill. Tarrion describes his work as a dark musical journey documenting the habits, politics and debauchery of the species Tarrion, told through soundscapes and narrative songs. El Generico calls himself a reanimated, poisoned parlour lizard who promises to drag you down into his smoke-filled basement with secret gifts. And Holloway talks about keeping the bored bees of shoegaze at bay so you can enjoy a sun-parched garden of opiate conversations under a haze of shimmering dust. Between them, it's a night of three distinct approaches rather than a single sound.
It's a ticketed event, with entries available through Ticket Tailor (muirs/2249333) and buytickets.at. The night runs from 19:30 to 22:45 at Leadworks, 170 Rendle Street, Plymouth (PL1 1TP), so you've got a full evening of live music to get through.
