Documentary screening followed by a Q&A with the director and an atomic veteran.
Eek is screening the documentary Our Planet. The People. My Blood on Friday 10 July, with a Q&A to follow. The film is the main feature of the night, and once the credits roll, the director and an atomic veteran will stay on to take questions from the audience.
It's a particular kind of evening: the screening first, then the conversation. Having the director there means you can ask about how the film came together, and the presence of an atomic veteran brings a first-hand perspective to the subject matter that you won't get from the film alone. If you've got something you want to ask, the Q&A is your chance to put it to them directly.
