One-night-only headline indie folk show from emerging artist Marianne Joyce, presenting her debut EP Every Cloud.
Marianne Joyce plays the Barbican Theatre on Saturday 26 September, her first headline show. It's a one-night-only date at the Bar Stage, and it marks the launch of her debut EP, Every Cloud, which comes out in September. She'll be performing with a full band, and the set will run about three hours, with a support act still to be announced.
Joyce is an indie folk musician from the edge of Dartmoor, and she describes her songwriting as drawing on love, grief, South West stories, queerness and the absurdity of life. She's been featured on BBC Introducing and Americana UK, and this date brings her back to the Barbican Theatre — the same stage where she played her first open mic, this time with a full band behind her. The night is built around Every Cloud, but there'll be new songs and surprises alongside it.

The show runs from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM at the Barbican Theatre on Castle Street, PL1 2NJ. It's a standing performance at the Bar Stage, with seats added by email for accessibility.
