Halloween dance and music cruise for X-OUT Cancer, a 21+ only voyage on the Gateway Clipper at Station Square.
The Clintones are taking over the Gateway Clipper on Friday, October 30, for the WXDX X Out Cancer Dance Cruise. It's a Halloween-themed night that doubles as a fundraiser for the Mario Lemieux Foundation, so the dancing is for a cause. The band is Totally 80s, and the cruise is billed as The X's Halloween Cruiseβa two-and-a-half-hour voyage of dance and music on the river. It's 21+ only, and you'll need your ID to board.
The boat departs from the Gateway Clipper dock at Station Square, 350 W. Station Square Dr. in Pittsburgh. The Gateway Clipper Fleet is a family-owned riverboat company that's been sailing the Allegheny, Monongahela, and Ohio rivers since 1958, carrying more than 25 million passengers over the years. Their fleet of paddlewheelers includes the Empress (1966), Three Rivers Queen (2013), Princess (1999), Duchess (1975), and Countess (1979), and they run everything from sightseeing and dinner cruises to family outings, holiday trips, private charters, and weddings.
