Weekly hour of guided meditation facilitated by Jeffrey Dorsey at The Corner, Pittsburgh Glass Center's community space, with registration and donations.
Jeffrey Dorsey is leading a guided meditation session at The Corner on Tuesday, November 3, from 5:30 to 6:30 PM. The Corner is the community space inside the Pittsburgh Glass Center, located at 5431 Penn Ave in the Garfield neighborhood. It's a weekly thing that runs every Tuesday throughout the fall and winter, so if you can't make this one, there are plenty more to choose from.
The hour is split into two parts: a guided practice to start, followed by time for sharing, questions, and holding space for one another. You don't need any prior meditation experience to join in, and you'll be in the company of others doing the same thing. It's a low-pressure way to spend an hour in the middle of the week, and the second half gives you a chance to talk through whatever comes up during the practice.
This particular session is part of a longer series that kicked off on Tuesday, October 6, and keeps going through December. Along with November 3, there are sessions on November 10, 17, and 24, and then December 1, 8, 15, and 22. You'll need to register for each session you want to attend, so if you're planning to make it a regular thing, you can sign up for a few in a row.

It's a donation-based workshop, and those donations help keep the sessions running and support future wellness programs at the Pittsburgh Glass Center. The session runs from 5:30 to 6:30 PM at The Corner, 5431 Penn Ave, in Garfield.
