Candlelight concert by The Lesoto String Quartet of Vivaldi's Four Seasons in the Omni William Penn Hotel, with flameless electric candles.
The Lesoto String Quartet takes over the Omni William Penn Hotel on Friday, January 29, 2027, for a Candlelight performance of Vivaldi's Four Seasons. It's a familiar program—the four violin concertos that follow the seasons from spring through winter—but the setting is what makes it a Candlelight show. The room is lit by flameless electric candles, and the performance isn't affiliated with Vivaldi's estate or official representatives.
Along with the Four Seasons (Violin Concertos in G Minor, Op. 8 No. 1-4, RV 269-297), the quartet adds Sonata n.12 in d-minor, La Follia (RV 63), to the bill. The whole evening is a tribute to Vivaldi, with the quartet handling the heavy lifting on the strings. The Candlelight format also includes a few extras: an instant photo of the audience in the candlelit room and a three-pack of electric candles to take home.
There are a few practical things to keep in mind before you go. Seating is first-come, first-served within three different zones, so if you have a preference for where you sit, arriving early is the only way to secure it. Tickets have to be bought through the Fever app or website before the night—none are sold at the door. There's an age requirement, too: guests must be 8 or older, and anyone under 16 needs to be accompanied by an adult.
