Candlelight concert in which Listeso String Quartet reimagines The Beatles' classics through a classical lens in the Historic Hotel Ballroom.
Candlelight is bringing a tribute to The Beatles to the Omni William Penn Hotel on Sunday, November 8, 2026. It's part of their series that takes live music into unusual spaces, and this one reimagines The Beatles' catalog through a classical lens: a string quartet playing the songs by candlelight, with nothing else lighting the room.
The Listeso String Quartet is the group on the program. They'll be playing the Beatles' classics as string arrangements, so you'll hear the melodies you know without the guitars or vocals. It's a tribute experience, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Beatles or their estate.
The venue is the Historic Hotel Ballroom at the Omni William Penn Hotel, at 530 William Penn Pl in downtown Pittsburgh. It's a 1,200-capacity room that opened in 1916 as a Renaissance Revival masterpiece by Benno Janssen and Franklin Abbott, and it still shows off its Beaux-Arts and Art Deco details. The show runs about 60 minutes, and each guest leaves with an instant photo taken in the candlelit setting.

Doors open 45 minutes early, and there's no entry once the performance starts, so you'll want to be there before the music begins. Tickets start at $37, and the show is at 6:30 PM.
