Monthly Sunday market of women, non-binary and queer-owned vendors with handmade and curated items, food trucks and live DJs at Allegheny Commons East.
Bad Bitch Bazaar returns to Allegheny Commons East Park on Sunday, October 25, from 12 PM to 5 PM. It's a vendor market that brings together women, non-binary, and queer-owned businesses from across the area, with food trucks and live DJs on site. The market runs on the last Sunday of each month from May to October, so this is the final one of the season.
The tables are a mix of handmade and curated items. You'll find vintage finds, handmade jewelry, stickers, candles, skincare, and witchy goods. There's also pottery, plants, art, and macramé and crocheted pieces by local artists, makers, and entrepreneurs. It's the kind of spread where you can pick up a piece of jewelry, a new plant, and some home decor in one go, all from different small businesses.
Beyond the shopping, the market is built around encouraging people to shop local and support queer creators. That's the core of it: putting your money directly into the hands of the people making the things. With food trucks and DJs running throughout the afternoon, it works as much as a place to hang out as a place to buy something.
