Hands-on cooking class with Chef Michael Rucsoni followed by a three-course seasonal luncheon.
Chef Michael Rusconi is hosting a Winter Harvest Luncheon and Cooking Class at Rusconi's American Kitchen on Saturday, November 7, from 10 AM to 1 PM. It's a morning that starts in the kitchen and ends at the table, and it's designed for people who'd rather get their hands dirty than just watch from the dining room.
The first half is the hands-on part. You'll be working right alongside Rusconi in the kitchen, learning how he puts together the dishes rather than just seeing them come out on a plate. The second half is the reward: a three-course seasonal luncheon built around fresh flavors and distinctive ingredients, all prepared with Rusconi's signature flair. The whole thing is an intimate experience, so you're working with a small group rather than a crowded room.
Rusconi's American Kitchen is at 10637 N. Tatum Blvd. in Phoenix. The class runs from 10 AM to 1 PM, so it's a full morning—you'll spend the first few hours cooking and the rest of the time eating what you helped make. It's the kind of thing that works well if you've always wanted to see how a professional kitchen actually operates without having to work one yourself.
Every week we pick 🏆 the 5 best 🏆 things to do in Phoenix and send them to your inbox. Just one weekly email, no spam.
