Howl-o-ween Dog Costume Contest

Royal Palms Resort and Spa is bringing back the Howl-o-ween Dog Costume Contest on Thursday, October 29, from 4 PM to 6 PM. It's the resort's second annual run of the event, and they've billed this one as a spook-themed affair. The whole afternoon is built around the costume contest, so that's the main thing to have on your radar if you're planning to enter.

Beyond the contest, there are Happy Hour specials and shopping from local dog-friendly businesses, so it's more of a full afternoon than just a quick walk-through.
