Stand-up show 'Will Change Your Life' by Romesh Ranganathan, part of his 2026-2027 comedy tour, at the New Theatre Oxford.
Romesh Ranganathan brings his new tour show, Will Change Your Life, to New Theatre Oxford on Wednesday 10 February 2027. It's one of two nights he's playing in the city, with the first on Tuesday 9 February, so you've got a couple of dates to choose from if one doesn't fit your week.
If you've come across him on the telly but haven't seen him live, Ranganathan is one of the country's best-known comedy voices. He's a regular on BBC Radio 2 and Radio 4, and hosts the popular podcasts Hip-Hop Saved My Life and Wolf & Owl. On screen, he's a fixture of panel shows like 8 Out Of 10 Cats Does Countdown, Would I Lie To You and The Museum of Curiosity, and has fronted his own series, including the docu-comedy Asian Provocateur and the talk show The Ranganation. He first made a name for himself as a newcomer at the 2013 Edinburgh Festival, and he's been a steady presence on TV and radio ever since.
Will Change Your Life is his new tour show, and the title is played for laughs. He's promoting it as 'scientifically proven to improve your self-esteem' and 'guaranteed to CHANGE YOUR LIFE', with the set built around quick fixes for life's problems. He teases things like boosting your attractiveness by standing next to a tour poster, or bottling up your feelings and pouring them out to strangers. It's the kind of setup that lets him riff on the absurd, and given his background in panel shows, he's well-versed in that quick, conversational style.
