A week-long holiday drama and creativity workshop for 7-11 year olds to bring Alice in Wonderland to life, culminating in a live performance.
Creation Theatre are running a one-day Alice in Wonderland workshop for 7-11 year olds at Wolvercote Primary School on Tuesday 27 October. It's part of their School of Creativity, a series of in-person drama and creativity workshops run by Oxfordshire's largest producing theatre company. The whole thing is built around getting kids to bring the magical world of Alice to life, and it's aimed at inspiring a love of classic stories while building their confidence.
If you've got a child who's into drama, this is one of their standalone days, but it's worth knowing where it fits in. Creation Theatre also runs week-long holiday workshops that end in a live performance for family and friends, with the children voting on which classic play to stage. They run term-time drama clubs too, so if your kid takes a shine to this, there's plenty more to keep them going throughout the year.
