High-intensity interval training workout using weights and bands, open to beginners and limited to five people.
Naomi Swain Wellspace is hosting a HIIT fitness class in Jericho on Wednesday 28 October, from 9:00 to 11:00 in the morning. It's a high-intensity interval training session, so you'll be working in bursts rather than keeping a steady pace throughout. The workout uses weights and resistance bands, and it's open to beginners, so you don't need to be a regular at the gym to join in.
Because it's a small group—limited to five people—it's a different feel from a big studio class. With only a handful of people in the room, there's plenty of space to move, and you'll get a bit more individual attention on your form than you would in a packed session. If you've never done HIIT before, that's a useful thing to have when you're working with weights.

The class runs from 9:00 to 11:00, so it's a mid-morning slot that fits into a day off or a flexible working morning. It's held at Naomi Swain Wellspace, 6 King Street, Jericho, Oxford OX2 6DF, right in the heart of Jericho.
