Festive concert in which the Down Syndrome Oxfordshire Choir and the Oxford Gospel Choir share the stage with a live band.
The Down Syndrome Oxfordshire Choir and the Oxford Gospel Choir share the stage at Olivier Hall, St Edward's School on Saturday 12 December, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. It's a festive concert performed with a professional live band, and it supports Down Syndrome Oxfordshire.
The Down Syndrome Oxfordshire Choir is a singing and signing choir that brings together talented youngsters with Down syndrome and their families. They're the 2026 charity partner of the Oxford Gospel Choir, which is a vibrant, inclusive community choir of around 60 singers now in its 22nd year. Their repertoire centres on gospel alongside soulful, inspirational and popular music, all with their own OGC sound.
Having the two choirs on one stage is the core of the afternoon, and the professional live band provides the backing for both. It's a festive concert, so the set will lean into that end of the repertoire, and the whole thing supports Down Syndrome Oxfordshire.
