The Publics play The Palais, their biggest headline show to date, on their UK & France 2026 tour.
The Publics play The Palais on Saturday 5 December, the final date of their UK and France 2026 tour. It's their biggest headline show to date, and it brings them back to Nottingham after a year of rapid growth and rising demand. They've spent the last twelve months stepping onto bigger stages, and this is the tour that takes them there.
The Nottingham date is the closer of a run that starts in London on 27 November, before they head to Paris for a show at Supersonic on 2 December — their first-ever European performance. From there, they work their way back across the UK to finish here. It's a tour that follows a brand-new EP, The Tide, which has already given us 'I Hope You're Satisfied', 'Back to the 80's' and 'Grow Old' — three tracks that have already become crowd favourites. Those will be right at the heart of the set, alongside the songs that have carried them through this run.

The venue is The Palais on Lower Parliament Street, Nottingham's original dancehall, which dates back to 1925 and still stages club nights and live music. It's a room that's seen a lot of dancing over the decades, and it's where they'll be closing out the tour. The show runs from 6:00pm to 10:00pm, and tickets are £20.
